A 2019 Canadian supernatural horror film, In the Tall Grass adapts Stephen King and Joe Hill's 2012 novella of the same name. Vincenzo Natali wrote and directed the project, which follows a pregnant woman and her brother who hear a young boy's cry for help while inside a mysterious grass field, then become lost in it. The cast includes Harrison Gilbertson, Laysla De Oliveira, Avery Whitted, Will Buie Jr., Rachel Wilson, and Patrick Wilson.

Development began in early 2015, with May 2018 seeing streaming service Netflix acquire the film rights. That year, Natali was set to direct and write the screenplay. Principal filming occurred during summer 2018 in Toronto, Ontario.

The film premiered worldwide at Fantastic Fest on September 20, 2019, then released on Netflix in October 4, 2019. Critics gave it mixed reviews, appreciating acting, setting, and loyalty to the original story, but criticizing tone and dialogue consistency.
