A Rainy Day in New York is a 2019 American romantic comedy film written and directed by Woody Allen, and starring Timothée Chalamet, Elle Fanning, Selena Gomez, Jude Law, Diego Luna, and Liev Schreiber. The story centers on two young college students, Gatsby and Ashleigh (Chalamet and Fanning), who visit New York City over a weekend. Gatsby's hometown, the trip allows him to pursue a deeper connection with Ashleigh, who is in the city to interview a film director (Schreiber) for their college newspaper.

The film was finished in 2018, but Amazon Studios, its distributor, delayed its release due to the Me Too movement and renewed allegations against Allen. It premiered in Poland on July 26, 2019, then expanded to various European, South American, and Asian markets. In the United States, it released on October 9, 2020 through MPI Media Group and Signature Entertainment. Critics responded with generally mixed reviews.
