SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is a 2025 platform game developed by Purple Lamp and published by THQ Nordic. The game is based on the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and follows SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake (2023). Players control SpongeBob and Patrick Star as they attempt to resolve a conflict between King Neptune and the Flying Dutchman.
Purple Lamp applied insights from prior SpongeBob games during the creation of Titans of the Tides. The theme of duality was emphasized, allowing players to switch between SpongeBob and Patrick mid-level. Platforming puzzles were structured around this feature. Titans of the Tide launched on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on November 18, 2025, earning favorable critic reviews. A Nintendo Switch version became available on October 13, 2026.
