The Chicken Sisters 2024
The Chicken Sisters is an American family drama television series written by Annie Mebane. This show adapts the 2020 novel from KJ Dell’Antonia and takes place in the imaginary town of Merinac. It focuses on the conflict between two competing fried chicken restaurant families. The main actors are Schuyler Fisk, Genevieve Angelson, Lea Thompson, and Wendie Malick. Margo Martindale serves as the series' narrator.
The Chicken Sisters debuted on September 10, 2024 during Hallmark+. In January 2025, the show received approval for a second season. Hallmark Channel started showing season 1 on Sunday evenings starting March 30, 2025. By June 2026, Hallmark had not announced whether to continue the series.
