Prime Video presents the National Hockey League through a broadcast deal with Amazon Prime Video in Canada. The service began airing games during the 2024–25 season under the name Prime Monday Night Hockey, following a sublicensing arrangement with Rogers Sports & Media. This replaced previous broadcasts that were shown on Sportsnet.

For the 2026–27 season, Amazon extended its sublicense as part of Rogers’ renewal of NHL media rights. Under this agreement, Prime's games will shift to Wednesday nights. Additionally, the platform will gain access to selected first- and second-round playoff series.

In the United States, Amazon does not hold national broadcast rights to the NHL but has in-market streaming rights for games from seven teams starting in the 2026–27 season. These regional broadcasts are produced either by individual teams or via NHL Productions. Some of these games may also be accessible through other means such as local broadcast stations or agreements with regional TV providers. Prime Video subscribers can currently watch broadcasts from the Anaheim Ducks, Dallas Stars, and Seattle Kraken within their local markets. The Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, Minnesota Wild, and St. Louis Blues provide standalone subscriptions directly on the Prime Video platform.
