Wolfs 2024
Wolfs is a 2024 American action comedy film written and directed by Jon Watts. Starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Austin Abrams, it features two unnamed professional fixers who must team up for a mission even though they'd rather work alone.
The film premiered out of competition at the Venice International Film Festival on September 1, 2024, receiving lukewarm feedback. It opened in limited theaters starting September 20, 2024 with mixed critical reception. A week later, on Apple TV+, it launched on streaming where it became the platform’s most-watched movie. Apple’s choice to release it directly to streaming instead of honoring prior theatrical deals caused Watts to abandon plans for a follow-up. Nevertheless, Sony Pictures holds the rights for video-on-demand distribution through Columbia Pictures.
