A 2024 American romantic drama film, Turtles All the Way Down adapts John Green's 2017 novel of the same name. Directed by Hannah Marks, the film features a cast including Isabela Merced, Cree, Felix Mallard, Maliq Johnson, Poorna Jagannathan, Judy Reyes, and J. Smith-Cameron. The narrative follows a 16-year-old individual living with obsessive–compulsive disorder as they investigate the vanishing of a wealthy billionaire.
Development started at Fox 2000 Pictures in December 2017. At that time, Berger and Aptaker were named as writers while Marks was set to direct in January 2019. After Disney purchased 21st Century Fox, the parent company of Fox 2000 Pictures, the studio closed Fox 2000 and placed the project into turnaround. Eventually, New Line Cinema acquired the film. Merced, who had previously appeared in Green's Let It Snow (2019), was confirmed for the role in March 2022. Principal filming commenced in April May 2, 2024 in Cincinnati and concluded in June.
The film premiered on May 2, 2024 exclusively on the Max streaming platform.
