Smile 2 is a 2024 American supernatural psychological horror film written and directed by Parker Finn. This sequel to Smile (2022) follows Skye Riley, played by Naomi Scott, a pop star preparing for tour when disturbing events begin to unfold. The film also includes Rosemarie DeWitt and Miles Gutierrez-Riley, with Kyle Gallner returning to his role from the first movie.

Finn's success with Smile led to a first-look agreement with Paramount Pictures in March 2023 for future horror films. Pre-production began in April of the following year, with Finn committed as writer and director. Principal filming occurred in early 2024 across upstate New York.

The film Smile 2 opened in theaters across the United States on October 18, 2024. Critics responded positively, particularly praising Scott’s performance, and it earned $138.1million globally. It was nominated for four awards at the 52nd Saturn Awards, including Best Horror Film and Best Actress for Scott. Additional Best Actress nods came from the 8th Astra Film Awards and 5th Critics' Choice Super Awards. A follow-up project is currently in development.
