Sew Torn 2024
A 2024 crime thriller film, Sew Torn was written, directed and edited by Freddy Macdonald. This US-Swiss co-production is adapted from a short film with the same title. Eve Connolly stars as a seamstress facing financial ruin. The narrative follows her discovery of a failed drug transaction and the consequences of her decisions at the scene. The film made its debut at the South by Southwest Film Festival. It was later screened at the Locarno Film Festival on the Piazza Grande in 2024.
