A 2024 period romantic drama film, Queer stars Daniel Craig as an American expatriate living in 1950s Mexico City and Ecuador. The story is based on a 1985 novella by William S. Burroughs, titled William S. Burroughs' Queer. Directed by Luca Guadagnino, the film was written by Justin Kuritzkes. Drew Starkey plays a much younger man who becomes the object of the protagonist's affection. Supporting roles are played by Jason Schwartzman, Henry Zaga, and Lesley Manville.

The film made its debut at the 81st Venice International Film Festival on September 3, 2024, where it competed for the Golden Lion. It had a limited release in the United States on November 27 through A24, followed by a nationwide rollout on December 13. Critics responded positively, with the National Board of Review naming it one of the Top Ten Films of 2024. Daniel Craig received the Best Actor award from the organization. He was also nominated for a Golden Globe, a Critics' Choice Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
