I Saw the TV Glow is a 2024 American psychological horror drama film written and directed by Jane Schoenbrun. The movie features Justice Smith and Jack Haven in roles as two troubled teenagers whose bond with a beloved television program leads them to examine their sense of self and reality. Supporting actors include Helena Howard, Lindsey Jordan, Conner O'Malley, Emma Portner, Ian Foreman, Fred Durst, and Danielle Deadwyler.

Actress Emma Stone and comedian Dave McCary, her spouse, are producers on the film through their Fruit Tree production company. It debuted at the Sundance Film Festival on January 18, 2024. A limited release by A24 occurred in the United States on May 3, followed by a broader theatrical rollout across Canada and the US on May 17. Critics responded favorably to the film, which earned five nominations at the 40th Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Feature.

This work is the second in a series Schoenbrun calls their Screen Trilogy, after We're All Going to the World's Fair (2021) and before Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma (2026). It connects thematically to their novel Public Access Afterworld.
