A 2024 American superhero film, Deadpool & Wolverine stars Wade Wilson / Deadpool and Logan / Wolverine. The movie is based on Marvel Comics and produced by Marvel Studios, Maximum Effort, and 21 Laps Entertainment, with distribution handled by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It marks the 34th entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and follows up on Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). Directed by Shawn Levy, the screenplay was written by Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman play their respective roles as Deadpool and Wolverine, supported by Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Aaron Stanford, and Matthew Macfadyen. The plot involves Deadpool teaming up with a reluctant Wolverine from another universe to fight against the Time Variance Authority (TVA) aiming to destroy his reality.

Work on a third Deadpool film started at 20th Century Fox under November 2016, but moved to Marvel Studios once Disney acquired Fox in March 2019. Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin were brought in as writers in November 2020. Levy was chosen to direct in March 2022 after Reese and Wernick returned from earlier rewrites. The creative team struggled to finalize the story until Hugh Jackman agreed to return as Wolverine, originally from Fox's X-Men series in August 2022. Many actors from the X-Men franchise and other Marvel projects also returned, forming part of a multiverse narrative that honors Fox's previous Marvel adaptations. Principal photography commenced in May 2023 at Pinewood Studios, Bovingdon Studios, Norfolk in England, and Los Angeles. Production halted in July due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, then resumed in November and concluded in January 2024. The title was revealed a month later. An original score composed by Rob Simonsen accompanies numerous existing tracks, including Madonna's "Like a Prayer" used during major scenes. Deadpool & Wolverine is the first R-rated film within the MCU, preserving the rating from earlier Deadpool installments.

The film premiered on July 22, 2024 at the David H. Koch Theater in New York City and was released in the United States on July 26 as part of Phase Five of the MCU. Critics appreciated Reynolds and Jackman's performances along with the humor, though they were more critical of the overall execution. Commercially, it succeeded, earning $1.338 billion globally and becoming the second-highest-grossing film of 2024, the highest-grossing R-rated film, and the 20th-highest-grossing at that time. With a net production budget of $429 million, Deadpool & Wolverine is considered among the most expensive movies ever produced. The film earned multiple awards and recognition. A sequel has been announced in development.
