Silent Hill f is a 2025 survival horror game developed by NeoBards Entertainment and published by Konami Digital Entertainment. It serves as a standalone spin-off within the Silent Hill franchise. The game takes place during the 1960s in the fictional Japanese town of Ebisugaoka. Players control high school student Hinako Shimizu as she explores the fog-covered town, solving puzzles and battling grotesque monsters to stay alive.
The game released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on September 25, 2025. An early access version was available two days earlier to those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition. Reviews were generally positive, and it sold over 1 million copies on its launch day, becoming the fastest-selling title in the series history. By April 2026, Silent Hill f had surpassed 2 million units sold, 6 months post-release.
