The Scourge 2026
The Scourge is a 2010 first-person puzzle horror video game with adventure elements, drawing inspiration from Vietnamese urban legends from the 1990s. The game was co-developed by Vietnamese company Rare Reversee, which also serves as the publisher, and Beaztek Studio. It is set in Ho Chi Minh City between the 1970s and 1990s. The player controls Nhật Huy, a young man who becomes unintentionally involved with strange occurrences at the Phong Xích Lan apartment building. This leads him to uncover the mysterious death of his entire family. As he investigates further, he uncovers increasingly terrifying truths about both his family's past and the apartment building itself.
