Cookie Run 2026
Cookie Run is a 2018 mobile endless runner game developed by Devsisters. It belongs to the Cookie Run series and draws inspiration from the classic fairy tale The Gingerbread Man. The game was first made available on 2 April 2013 for Kakao users and on 29 January 2014 for LINE users. A variant titled Cookie Run India was launched exclusively in India on December 11, 2024, with Krafton handling its publishing duties.
Each version of the game differs slightly. The Kakao edition is limited to South Korea and supports only Korean. The LINE version, however, is globally accessible and includes 4 languages such as English, Thai, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. On 5 June 2018, the LINE version was officially discontinued and removed from both the Google Play Store and the App Store. In April 2, 2023, Cookie Run marked its 10th anniversary. Then on April 2, 2024, updates resumed for the Kakao version following a 8-year pause, coinciding with a major overhaul for its 11th anniversary. This update brought Cookie Run to the official Devsisters website game list, signaling renewed support. The India version remains based on the Kakao model and is restricted to English-only gameplay.
Players control a cookie character, aiming to run as far as possible while dodging obstacles, leaping over gaps, and gathering coins and “Jellies.”
