Diamond Grill is a 1996 semi-fictional biography written by Canadian novelist and poet Fred Wah. Published in 1996 by NeWest Press from Edmonton, Alberta, the book combines prose and poetry using first person narration. It received the Howard O'Hagan prize for short fiction and reflects Wah's exploration of his "hyphenated identity". The work also helped establish the term "biotext", which was originally created by George Bowering.
