Patient Chart Prayer is a Japanese medical mystery novel by Mikito Chinen. This series contains five short stories and was released by Kadokawa corporation on 29 March 2018, with a paperback version following on 25 February 2021.

A follow-up titled Reunion therapy of Patient Chart Prayer appeared in print through Kadokawa corporation on 10 August 2022.

Mikito Chinen writes both novels and medical stories, being a physician himself. This work falls among his medical-themed publications.

The novel was adapted for television during the October 2022 season.
