Tempting Fortune 2023
Tempting Fortune is a British reality competition television series that challenges participants to accumulate the largest cash prize possible while resisting temptations that would cause them to spend from the prize fund.
Paddy McGuinness originally hosted the show, with Rob Beckett succeeding him starting from the third series. The inaugural series was filmed in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa in 2022 and aired on Channel 4 on 26 March 2023. It was produced as a co-production with streaming service Roku and distributed under its Roku Originals brand. Channel 4 renewed the program in April 2024, though Roku ceased involvement. The second series took place in Langkawi, Malaysia, and launched on 16 March 2025. A third season was confirmed for 2025, during which McGuinness will no longer serve as host due to other professional obligations.
