Ted is an American fantasy stoner comedy series that debuted on Peacock in January 11, 2024. Created and directed by Seth MacFarlane for Peacock, it functions as a prequel to the first film in the Ted franchise while also serving as its sequel. The show stars MacFarlane reprising his voice role as the main character, alongside Max Burkholder, Alanna Ubach, Scott Grimes, and Giorgia Whigham. Produced by Fuzzy Door Productions, MRC, and Universal Content Productions, the series was renewed for a second season in May 2024, which began airing on March 5, 2026. During that same month, MacFarlane stated there were no intentions for a third season due to the show's expensive production expenses.
