Dream Productions is an American animated mockumentary comedy television miniseries created by Pixar Animation Studios for the streaming service Disney+. The series was developed and conceived by Mike Jones and takes place between the events of Inside Out (2015) and Inside Out 2 (2024). It features Paula Persimmon, played by Paula Pell, working alongside Xeni, portrayed by Richard Ayoade, to help Riley pursue her next major tween dream.
Jones, who acted as showrunner, began development on an Inside Out-based series at Pixar in June 2023. The miniseries was produced at the same time as the sequel film Inside Out 2. Its name was revealed in May 2024, and Nami Melumad composed music for all four episodes. The entire series lasts around 82 minutes.
Dream Productions debuted on Disney+ through December 11, 2024. Critics responded favorably to the series, which later aired on Disney Channel on August 4, 2025 before appearing on Disney XD on August 30.
