Carl the Collector is a children's animated television series that debuted on November 14, 2024 on PBS Kids. The show was developed by Zachariah OHora and produced by Fuzzytown Productions and Spiffy Pictures, with animation handled by Yowza! Animation. It marked the network’s first series featuring autistic characters in leading roles. Set in the fictional town of Fuzzytown, the series follows Carl, an autistic raccoon who collects items, alongside his friends, including Lotta, an autistic fox.

The creator, PBS Kids, is a children's author and illustrator known for his artistic style, which was chosen around 2015. His vision for the show stemmed from his sons' school and its inclusive educational model. PBS Kids approved the project for 40 episodes to better reflect autism representation in media compared to actual autism prevalence in America. The production team included neurodivergent professionals across various roles, child actors voiced the main characters, and advisors helped accurately portray autistic traits visually.

Dr. Stephen Shore reported as of July 2026 that while funding issues at PBS have left a second season uncertain, other groups have expressed interest in supporting the program.
