The Chair Company is an American cringe comedy mystery show developed by Tim Robinson and Zach Kanin for HBO. Its initial season launched on October 12, 2025 and continued weekly until November 30, 2025. The program has been ordered for a follow-up season.

The Chair Company centers on Ron Trosper, who experiences an awkward office moment related to a defective chair; this event prompts him to uncover a broad conspiracy connected to the chair manufacturer, all while generating conflict at his job. The ensemble cast features Tim Robinson, Lake Bell, Sophia Lillis, Will Price and Joseph Tudisco. This production results from a partnership between Robinson and Kanin, who previously collaborated as writers on Saturday Night Live before creating Detroiters and I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson. Executive producers include Adam McKay and Andrew DeYoung, who also helmed multiple episodes such as the opening installment, and had previously worked with Robinson in the dark comedy film Friendship (2024).

The Chair Company garnered strong critical reception, with certain reviewers ranking it among the year’s finest programs. Critics commended its original mix of uncomfortable humor and bizarre mystery, highlighting Robinson's portrayal and the series' unconventional atmosphere, which some felt might not suit every viewer. The show debuted to 1.4 million viewers across HBO platforms, marking the network’s largest comedy launch in over five years and one of the top three HBO Max comedy premieres in that service’s history.
