Outlander: Blood of My Blood represents an historical romance drama series functioning as a prequel to the television production Outlander (2014–2026), derived from the corresponding book series created by Diana Gabaldon.

This program centers on the progenitors of main characters Jamie Fraser and Claire Beauchamp from the initial series. The parents of Jamie in 18th century Scotland are portrayed by Harriet Slater as Ellen MacKenzie and Jamie Roy as Brian Fraser. The parents of Claire during World War I are interpreted by Hermione Corfield as Julia Moriston and Jeremy Irvine as Henry Beauchamp.

Outlander: Blood of My Blood debuted on Starz in August 8, 2025. The inaugural season contains ten episodes. During June 2025, the production received renewal for a second season prior to the show's launch on September 18, 2026.
