Ironheart is an American streaming miniseries developed by Chinaka Hodge for Disney+, adapting the character from Marvel Comics. It represents the 14th television production in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), produced under Marvel Television. The show connects to the MCU film continuity, starting after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), and centers on MIT student Riri Williams returning to Chicago, where she uncovers hidden truths that challenge technology and magic. Hodge acted as lead writer, with Proximity Media handling production.

Dominique Thorne returns as Riri Williams / Ironheart from Wakanda Forever, co-starring Lyric Ross, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, Anji White, Jim Rash, Eric André, Cree Summer, Sonia Denis, Shea Couleé, Zoe Terakes, Shakira Barrera, Anthony Ramos, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Paul Calderón, and Sacha Baron Cohen. The project was unveiled in December 2020, with Thorne’s casting announced alongside it. Hodge was brought on in April 2021, while further casting details were shared in February 2022. Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes were named as directors in April 2022. Principal photography commenced at Trilith Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, around early June, relocated to Chicago by late October, and wrapped by early November.

The miniseries debuted on Disney+, releasing its first three episodes on June 24, 2025 and the remaining three on July 1. It concludes Phase Five of the MCU. Critics offered generally favorable assessments, although it faced a review bombing campaign prior to its release.
