Y: The Last Man is an American post-apocalyptic drama television series created by Eliza Clark adapted from the comic book series by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra. The show centers on a catastrophic event that eliminates all mammals possessing a Y chromosome, leaving only Yorick Brown and his monkey alive. It follows Yorick's journey through this transformed world.

FX initiated development in October 2015, commissioning a pilot that was shot in 2018. A first season was approved in 2019, with Clark stepping in as showrunner after Michael Green and Aida Mashaka Croal left the project. Production commenced in 2020, featuring multiple casting adjustments, especially for the main character Yorick. The series debuted on September 13, 2021 in FX on Hulu, with Star broadcasting it internationally on Disney+. Starring Diane Lane, Ashley Romans, Ben Schnetzer, Olivia Thirlby, and Amber Tamblyn, the show garnered mostly favorable reviews from critics. However, it was discontinued in October 2021 after only one season. The series disappeared from Hulu and Disney+ by May 26, 2023, removing all streaming access both within the United States and globally.
