A Very British Scandal 2021
A Very British Scandal is a 2021 British-American three-part historical drama series. The show features Claire Foy as Margaret Campbell, Duchess of Argyll and Paul Bettany as Ian Campbell, 11th Duke of Argyll. Although it does not directly follow on from the previous work, Blueprint Pictures, which produced this series, also created A Very English Scandal (2018) concerning the Thorpe affair. A third entry, A Very Royal Scandal (2024), adapted from Prince Andrew's controversial interview with Emily Maitlis, aired in September 2024. The series was written and developed by Sarah Phelps. It made its debut in the UK on BBC One on 26 December 2021 and appeared on Amazon Prime Video on 22 April 2022.
