Black comedy

Jackass Forever is a 2022 American reality slapstick comedy film that premiered at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California, on February 1, 2022 and was theatrically released on February 4. Directed by Jeff Tremaine, the film was produced by Spike Jonze and Johnny Knoxville, and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It marks the fourth main entry in the Jackass series, succeeding Jackass 3D from 2010.

Original Jackass members Knoxville, Steve-O, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, Chris Pontius, Preston Lacy appear in the film along with newcomers Sean "Poopies" McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, Eric Manaka, Rachel Wolfson, the Jackass film crew, and celebrity guests. This installment does not include Ryan Dunn, who died in 2011, nor Bam Margera, who was removed from the primary cast during filming and only appears in one skit.

Critics responded positively to the movie, with many calling it the strongest of the franchise. It also performed well commercially, earning over $80 million worldwide against a $10 million budget.

Unused material from the production was later assembled into a separate release titled Jackass 4.5, which debuted on Netflix on May 20, 2022. A follow-up, Jackass: Best and Last, was released on June 26, 2026.
