Cheaper by the Dozen is a 2022 American comedy film that marks Gail Lerner's first feature directorial effort. The screenplay was written by Kenya Barris and Jenifer Rice-Genzuk Henry, with Shawn Levy as executive producer. Starring Gabrielle Union, Zach Braff, Erika Christensen, and Timon Kyle Durrett, the movie features supporting performances from Christian Cote, Sebastian Cote, Christina Anthony, Caylee Blosenski, Journey Brown, Brittany Daniel, Mykal-Michelle Harris, Cynthia Daniel Hauser (who appears in her first acting role after 20 years), Abby Elliott, Ron Funches, Leo Abelo Perry, Luke Prael, June Diane Raphael, Andre Robinson, Kylie Rogers, and Aryan Simhadri. The plot centers on a White restaurant owner (Braff) and his second Black wife (Union), who together raise children from both their previous marriages and those conceived while their exes remained involved in their lives.

The film was produced by Walt Disney Pictures, and premiered worldwide at the El Capitan Theatre on March 16, 2022 before its release on Disney+ in March 18. Reviews were mixed. This racially diverse remake follows the 2003 version, which itself was a remake of the original 1950 film titled Cheaper by the Dozen.

Due to royalty payments, the movie was taken off Disney+ on May 26, 2023, but returned digitally on September 26, 2023.
