Disney's Snow White, known also as Snow White, represents a 2025 American musical fantasy motion picture under the production banner of Walt Disney Pictures. This live-action adaptation of Walt Disney's 1937 animated classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs draws inspiration from the 1812 fairy tale. The film was directed by Marc Webb and penned by Erin Cressida Wilson, featuring Rachel Zegler in the role of Snow White, alongside Andrew Burnap and Gal Gadot in supporting capacities. The retold narrative centers on the princess Snow White, who flees an attempt on her life orchestrated by her stepmother, the Evil Queen, before teaming up with seven forest dwellers and a bandit named Jonathan to restore her rightful rule.

The project’s remake plans were officially confirmed during October 2016, with Wilson hired as screenwriter. Webb began discussions to direct in May 2019 and was formally announced as director in September. Principal filming occurred in the United Kingdom from March through July 2022, followed by supplementary reshoots conducted in London. Originally scheduled for release in March 2024, the film encountered postponements due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike.

Prior to its debut, the movie sparked considerable debate over its color-blind casting choices, alterations to the original plot, and reworking of the Seven Dwarfs' roles. Further controversy arose from Zegler's public commentary on the initial film and Donald Trump, along with her and Gadot’s contrasting positions on the Israeli–Palestinian issue, prompting boycott calls from both political factions.

Snow White made its premiere at the Alcázar of Segovia in Spain on March 12, 2025 and opened in the United States on March 21, receiving a mixed reception from critics. As one of Disney's most costly productions and its highest-budget live-action remake, analysts deemed it a box-office failure, earning $205.7million globally compared to a production cost of $336.5million, resulting in a loss for the studio of $170million. The film subsequently topped the viewership rankings in the United States upon its Disney+ release.
