Nouvelle Vague represents a 2025 comedy-drama directed by Richard Linklater. Featuring Guillaume Marbeck in the role of Jean-Luc Godard, Zoey Deutch as Jean Seberg, and Aubry Dullin portraying Jean-Paul Belmondo, the movie depicts events surrounding the production of Breathless (1960), an early French New Wave feature film.

The film debuted at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on 17 May 2025. It opened in French theaters through ARP Sélection on 8 October, followed by a restricted U.S. theatrical release on 31 October, ultimately becoming available on Netflix 14 November.

At the 51st César Awards, Linklater achieved recognition as the second American director to claim Best Director. Additionally, the film received a Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy nomination at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, while Deutch earned a Best Supporting Performance nod at the 41st Independent Spirit Awards.
