Entebbe 2018
Entebbe (known as 7 Days in Entebbe domestically) represents a 2018 action thriller directed by José Padilha and penned by Gregory Burke. This film retells the 1976 Entebbe raid, a counter-terrorist mission to free hostages. The narrative emphasizes political tensions among Israeli officials Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres, alongside the psychological aspects of German hijackers portrayed by Rosamund Pike and Daniel Brühl.
The movie premiered in America on 16 March 2018 and in Britain on 11 May 2018. Critics responded negatively, pointing out sluggish tempo, obvious storytelling choices, and uninspired dramatic presentation.
