Clown in a Cornfield 2025
Clown in a Cornfield represents a 2025 American slasher movie helmed by Eli Craig, who collaborated on the script with Carter Blanchard. This adaptation originates from the 2020 novel authored by Adam Cesare, featuring Katie Douglas, Aaron Abrams, Carson MacCormac, Kevin Durand, and Will Sasso in starring roles. The narrative centers on a teenage female character (Douglas) relocating to a deteriorating Midwestern community, where she and her companions become victims of a homicidal individual disguised as the regional corporate clown figure.
The motion picture debuted at South by Southwest on March 10, 2025, subsequently opening in American theaters on May 9, 2025. Critics offered largely favorable assessments of the film. During August 2026, producers confirmed development of a follow-up production.
