Goals is a football video game developed and published by Goals AB. Conceptualized by Andreas Thorstensson, it uses a free-to-play model focused on esports potential. The game was first revealed on July 22, 2021 and aims to rival EA Sports FC and eFootball titles, prioritizing quick responsiveness over visual detail. Players can enjoy cross-platform gameplay across PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S systems. Goals began its open beta phase on March 13, 2026 before full release on June 4, 2026 for all supported platforms. A Nintendo Switch version 2 is currently in development, with a mobile edition planned for 2027.
