Astlibra Revision is a 2D RPG side-scrolling action role-playing video game released on Nintendo Switch in November 2023, developed by a solo Japanese video game developer KEIZO who initially shared it through a free demo in February 2021 and later published it on Steam in 13 October 2022. The creator stated that development required 16 years. As reported by Nintendo Life, KEIZO was a "humble Japanese salaryman" who began working on Astlibra because he believed there were insufficient 2D action RPG games matching his preferred genre.

An expansion titled Astlibra Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist launched on 13 February 2024 for Windows. A separate version for Nintendo Switch became available on 17 October 2024.
