Barotrauma is a 2023 survival-horror role-playing submarine simulator video game. The Finnish studio Undertow Games developed this title while Daedalic Entertainment handled publication duties. Early access beta testing commenced in 2019 before final release for Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms in March 2023.

This side scrolling simulation unfolds in the distant future on a vessel navigating Europa's hostile oceanic environment, one of Jupiter's moons. Players assume specific roles aboard the submarine, working alongside fellow crew members. Additional gameplay modes feature a traitor character that heightens tension during play sessions.
