Ten Years to Save the West is a memoir written by former British prime minister Liz Truss, published on 16 April 2024 by Biteback Publishing in the United Kingdom and Regnery Publishing in the United States. The UK edition bears the subtitle "Lessons from the Only Conservative in the Room", while the US edition is titled "Leading the Revolution Against Globalism, Socialism, and the Liberal Establishment".
Truss recounts her interactions with numerous heads of state and government throughout the book, including a meeting with Elizabeth II just two days prior to the monarch's death. She claims this encounter was part of her effort to foster a global "conservative movement revival". The work was authored entirely by Truss without assistance from a ghostwriter.
The book's announcement came through Truss’s social media account X. She promoted it via appearances at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. and through various television interviews.
