Fragile des bronches is a 2022 autobiographical novel written by French author Bertrand Blier. The story takes place in 1956 and follows a 16-year-old boy whose father is an actor and mother suffers from depression. The novel draws heavily from Blier's personal youth experiences and his connection with his father Bernard Blier.
Jérôme Garcin from L'Obs noted that Blier's feeling of absurdity is properly placed in this novel, unlike his 2019 film Heavy Duty, and characterized the book's tone as lying between Samuel Beckett and Michel Audiard.
