Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait is a biographical book published in 2022 by English writer and former politician Gyles Brandreth. The work explores the life of Queen Elizabeth II, focusing on her connections with family, friends, and the media. Brandreth had earlier written a book about the Queen and her husband, titled Philip and Elizabeth: Portrait of a Marriage, in 2004. This new publication includes fresh material regarding the Queen’s passing and her lasting impact. One claim made by Brandreth in the book is that Elizabeth suffered from multiple myeloma, a type of bone marrow cancer.

Eleanor Doughty reviewed the book for i and commented that it "is readable, but not all that revelatory," adding that "Brandreth is as much a character in this book as the Queen herself." Jake Kerridge of The Telegraph gave the book 3 out of 5 stars, pointing out that much of the content was repeated from Brandreth’s earlier works, including Philip and Elizabeth: Portrait of a Marriage and his 2021 title Philip: The Final Portrait.

The book was initially released in the United Kingdom on 8 December 2022 by Michael Joseph. An updated version containing details about the 2023 coronation of Charles, Elizabeth’s successor, was issued on 31 August 2023. The book contains 3 pages.
