Carrie represents an American supernatural horror television show created by Mike Flanagan and manufactured by Amazon MGM Studios for Amazon Prime Video. As the inaugural television version of the related franchise, it stems from the 1974 novel authored by Stephen King and constitutes the fourth cinematic interpretation of that work. The program centers on Carrie White (Summer H. Howell), a young woman who has lived in isolation, after her father's passing enters high school and discovers her unusual telekinetic abilities, leading to the occurrences preceding her notorious outburst. Also featured are Samantha Sloyan, Siena Agudong, Alison Thornton, Joel Oulette, Josie Totah, Arthur Conti, Thalia Dudek, Amber Midthunder, and Matthew Lillard.

Initiation of a TV adaptation of the book commenced in 2002 with a television movie meant to function as a backdoor pilot by MGM Television but was ultimately rejected by NBC. During 2019, a miniseries was being considered at FX yet never received approval from the channel. Amazon unveiled a fresh production in Amazon Prime Video during 2024, with Flanagan directing, while King assumed an executive producer role. The show was confirmed for a full series in April 2025. Principal filming took place in Vancouver, Canada, spanning from June through October 2025.

Carrie debuted on October 7, 2026 in Amazon Prime Video. Critics responded favorably, commending Flanagan's updated interpretation of the original content, its themes, and the acting (especially Howell and Sloyan), although some critics disagreed with modifications made from the source material. Initially conceived as a miniseries, the show was ordered for a second season in October 2026.
