Them 2021
American horror anthology series Them was created by Little Marvin. This two-season show features self-contained narratives within a shared universe, with Deborah Ayorinde starring as different characters in each. Season one included Ashley Thomas, Alison Pill, and Ryan Kwanten as co-stars, while season two featured Pam Grier, Luke James, Joshua J. Williams, and Jeremy Bobb. The first season titled Covenant debuted on Amazon Prime Video on April 9, 2021, followed by The Scare premiere on April 25, 2024. Critics and viewers responded differently to the initial season; although commendations were given for acting and cinematography, some found its treatment of themes excessive and overly violent. Second season reviews were largely favorable, particularly for improved thematic execution and horror components.
