Lupin is a French mystery thriller series crafted by George Kay and François Uzan. The show launched on Netflix with 8 January 2021, releasing its initial five episodes. A second batch of five episodes followed on 11 June 2021. The third season premiered on 5 October 2023. This production has been ordered for a fourth season, which appeared on 23 October 2026.

Omar Sy portrays Assane Diop, a man drawing inspiration from Arsène Lupin, a fictional thief created by Maurice Leblanc in the early 1900s. The opening segment contains five episodes titled Dans l'ombre d'Arsène ("in the shadow of Arsène"), highlighting the main character's influence. In its debut month, the series attracted 76 million viewers, making it the most watched non-English show on Netflix.

The series gained widespread critical praise, especially recognizing Sy's portrayal of the lead role. It earned a Critics' Choice Award for Best Foreign Language Series and was nominated for Best Drama Series at both the International Emmy Awards and Golden Globe Awards.
