The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder is an American animated sitcom made by Bruce W. Smith and Ralph Farquhar, debuting on Disney+ in February 23, 2022. This revival continues the story of the original show, which ran on Disney Channel between 2001 and 2005. The setting takes place in the 2020s, but the series reinterprets earlier events by placing them also in the 2020s, changing the original depiction of the 2000s. Additionally, it revises the plot of The Proud Family Movie (2005), portraying it as a dream sequence.
In April 2022, Disney+ announced that the second season was being produced and aired on Disney+ in February 1, 2023. The series first appeared linearly on January 7, 2023 through Disney Channel, and also on Disney XD on January 8, 2023. Season three was made available on August 6, 2025. During June 2025, it was revealed that the show would get a fourth and final season, launching on July 29, 2026. A holiday special titled A Proud Family Wizmas will air on November 14, 2026 in Disney+.
