The Lincoln Lawyer 2022
A legal drama series airing on television is The Lincoln Lawyer, produced by David E. Kelley and developed by Ted Humphrey, adapting stories from author Michael Connelly. The show features Manuel Garcia-Rulfo in the role of Mickey Haller, a Los Angeles defense lawyer who conducts his practice from a chauffeur-driven Lincoln Navigator. Supporting cast members include Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson, and Yaya DaCosta.
The initial season adapts Connelly's 2008 novel The Brass Verdict, following the earlier work The Lincoln Lawyer. It debuted on Netflix on May 13, 2022 and earned favorable comments from reviewers. During June 2022, the program was ordered again for a second season derived from Connelly’s 2011 novel The Fifth Witness, which appeared in two installments. The first installment launched on July 6, 2023, with the second appearing on August 3. In August 2023, a third season was commissioned based on Connelly's 2013 novel The Gods of Guilt and premiered on October 17, 2024. A fourth season followed in January 2025, using material from the sixth book, The Law of Innocence, and released on February 5, 2026. In January 2026, a fifth and final season was announced, scheduled to use content from the seventh novel Resurrection Walk.
