A 2023 American action thriller film, The Killer stars Michael Fassbender as an assassin who goes on an international revenge mission following a failed assassination. Directed by David Fincher, the movie uses a screenplay written by Andrew Kevin Walker. It is adapted from the French graphic novel series The Killer created by Alexis "Matz" Nolent and drawn by Luc Jacamon. Supporting actors include Arliss Howard, Charles Parnell, Kerry O'Malley, Sala Baker, Sophie Charlotte, and Tilda Swinton.

Development started in November 2007 with Fincher attached to direct, Alessandro Camon hired to write the script, and Paramount Pictures and Plan B Entertainment set to produce and distribute. By February 2021, Fincher transferred the project to Netflix, with Walker taking over as writer and Fassbender being considered for the lead role. Swinton joined the cast in October, filming began the following month, and wrapped in March 2022. Locations included Paris, the Dominican Republic, and various U.S. cities.

The Killer made its debut at the 80th Venice International Film Festival on September 3, 2023. It had a limited release in theaters on October 27, followed by streaming on Netflix on November 10. Critics responded favorably to the film.
