Saw X is a 2023 American horror film directed and edited by Kevin Greutert, and written by Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg. It marks the tenth film in the Saw franchise, after Spiral (2021), and features Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith returning to their roles from prior movies, along with Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, Renata Vaca, and Michael Beach. The story takes place between Saw (2004) and Saw II (2005), where John Kramer (Bell) journeys to Mexico seeking a treatment for his terminal cancer. He soon learns the procedure is fraudulent, leading him to capture those involved and trap them in deadly games. Amanda Young (Smith) assists him in this endeavor.

Development began with Twisted Pictures involved in April 2021, when Stolberg and Goldfinger, writers of the last two films, revealed they had finished a script by December 2021. Greutert, who previously directed two entries and edited six, was confirmed as director. Principal photography occurred between October 2022 and February 2023 in Mexico City.

The film was released theatrically by Lionsgate Films on September 29, 2023. It earned $125 million globally and garnered largely favorable critiques, making it the most praised Saw movie to date. During a difficult pre-production phase concerning a sequel to Saw X, Blumhouse Productions acquired Twisted Pictures's share of the franchise in June 2025, while Lionsgate maintained major rights. This film became the final production under Twisted Pictures. A new installment is currently being developed.
