His depression and violent behavior intensify as he pursues his goal of winning the Mr. Olympia title, leading to a complete mental collapse. The film includes Jonathan Majors, Haley Bennett, Taylour Paige, Harrison Page, Harriet Sansom Harris, and Mike O'Hearn in its cast.

It made its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 20, 2023.
