Love Again 2023
A 2023 American romantic comedy-drama film, Love Again stars Priyanka Chopra, Sam Heughan, and Celine Dion in her first feature film role, portraying a fictionalized version of herself. Mira, a young woman dealing with the loss of her fiancé John two years prior, sends text messages to his old phone number hoping to find closure. Eventually, she connects with Rob, who now owns that number. The film, written and directed by James C. Strouse, serves as an English-language remake of the 2016 German movie SMS für Dich, adapted from a 2009 novel by Sofie Cramer. Love Again premiered in the United States on May 5, 2023 through Sony Pictures Releasing. Critics gave the film negative reviews.
