Swapped represents a 2026 animated fantasy comedy production helmed by Nathan Greno with screenplay contributions from John Whittington, Christian Magalhaes, and Robert Snow, who collaborated on the narrative alongside Greno and Adam Karp. Skydance Animation handled production duties, while Michael B. Jordan, Juno Temple, Tracy Morgan, Cedric the Entertainer, and Justina Machado provided vocal performances. The storyline centers on Ollie (Jordan), a diminutive Pookoo, and Ivy (Temple), a Javan, whose inadvertent species swapping necessitates cooperation as they traverse each other's physical forms through multiple escapades.
The motion picture premiered on Netflix and limited cinemas on May 1, 2026. Despite receiving varied critical reception, the film achieved substantial popularity within its initial week on Netflix, accumulating 38 million streams and surpassing KPop Demon Hunters' previous record from 2025-2026.
