Scary Movie (alternatively titled Scary Movie 6) represents a 2026 American parody production directed by Michael Tiddes and penned by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Craig Wayans, and Rick Alvarez. This marks the sixth entry in the Scary Movie franchise and has been described as the spiritual follow-up to the initial two films. The cast includes Marlon, Shawn, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall. The storyline centers on Cindy Campbell, accompanied by her companions Ray Wilkins and the siblings Shorty and Brenda Meeks, who come together once again when a masked murderer from the inaugural Scary Movie film reappears.

A sixth Scary Movie project was unveiled in 2024, with confirmation later given that year regarding the return of the Wayans family, their first involvement since exiting the series after Scary Movie 2 (2001) due to creative disagreements with original producers.

Scary Movie debuted on June 3, 2026 at the Paramount Theatre located in Los Angeles, subsequently opening in American cinemas through Paramount Pictures on June 5, 2026. Similar to earlier installments, it garnered predominantly unfavorable critiques from critics, although it achieved financial success, earning $231.9 million compared to its $30 million budget, securing its position as the second most profitable film within the franchise following the inaugural release.
