Red Notice is a 2021 American action comedy film directed and written by Rawson Marshall Thurber. The movie stars Dwayne Johnson with Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot, and Ritu Arya in supporting roles. This represents the third time Thurber has worked with Johnson, after their previous films Central Intelligence (2016) and Skyscraper (2018). The story follows an FBI agent who is forced to join forces with a famous art thief to capture an even more dangerous criminal.

The film was initially scheduled for release through Universal Pictures but was later picked up by Netflix for distribution. It started a limited theatrical run on November 5, 2021, followed by a digital streaming debut on the platform on November 12, 2021. Reviews were divided; while critics found fault with the script and storytelling, they did appreciate the action scenes, comedic elements, and performances from Johnson and Reynolds. According to Netflix, the movie became the top-watched film during its opening weekend and remained the most-streamed title on the platform until it was overtaken by KPop Demon Hunters in 2025. It also ranked as the 5th most-streamed film of 2021. Sequels are currently in development, with plans to film them together, and Johnson, Reynolds, Gadot, and Thurber are expected to reprise their roles.
